Terms of Service

"EOSYN Space", "we", "our" means EOSYN Space Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. "Customer", "you" means the legal entity accepting these terms. "Services" means the EOSYN Orbit, Fabric, Core and Atlas capabilities delivered via API, dashboard, or machine-to-machine feed, together with the website at eosynspace.com.

Enterprise engagements are additionally governed by an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) which prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.

The Services are provided under a permanent civilian-only mandate. You may not use the Services, or permit any third party to use the Services, for defense, intelligence, targeting, weapons development, or any application designed to cause harm to persons. This restriction is material and any breach terminates your rights under these terms with immediate effect.

• Permitted: insurance underwriting, infrastructure integrity, logistics optimisation, public administration, research, autonomous-system ground-truth.
• Prohibited: any use listed in the civilian-only mandate on our Trust page.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to you and for all activity that occurs under your account. API keys are personal to the issuing workspace; sharing keys across legal entities is prohibited. You must notify us without undue delay of any suspected compromise via security@eosynspace.com.

We retain all right, title and interest in the Services, models, and derived intelligence assets. You retain rights in Customer Data you submit. We process Customer Data solely to deliver the Services under the Data Processing Addendum available at /trust. Aggregated, de-identified telemetry may be used to improve platform reliability.

Standard availability target is 99.9% of monthly minutes for production API endpoints, measured excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Enterprise customers receive a contractual SLA in their MSA with service-credit remedies. Real-time platform status is published at /status.

Fees are as set out in your order form or on the Pricing page. All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew for successive terms equal to the initial term unless either party gives notice at least thirty (30) days before renewal.

• No attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract model weights.
• No use of the Services to build a competing geospatial intelligence platform.
• No transmission of malware or content that violates applicable law.
• No rate-limit evasion, credential sharing, or automated scraping outside the documented API.

We warrant that the Services will materially conform to their published documentation. Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" and all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Outputs are measurement-grade decision support, not a substitute for regulated professional judgement.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Each party's aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by English law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

We may suspend the Services immediately for a breach of Section 2 or any activity that poses a security, legal or reputational risk. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty (30) days of written notice. Sections that by their nature survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
